Metabolic Studio will host an open house to introduce LA Noria, the first water wheel connecting the Los Angeles River in 135 Years.
LA Noria will bend the Los Angeles River and deliver water to the planned wetlands at the downtown Historic State Park. It will open on November 5, 2013 to commemorate the centenary of the LA Aqueduct.
