Founded in 2013, LA n Sync is a groundbreaking partnership that brings together the academic, civic, nonprofit, business and philanthropic sectors of Greater Los Angeles to pursue and win major funding opportunities. Since its inception, it is has brought hundreds of millions of state and federal dollars to fuel initiatives all across the region, including the Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute, Affordable Housing/Sustainable Communities grants, and Active Transportation Programs in the cities of San Fernando, Culver City and Whittier, to name just a few. LA n Sync also helped make Los Angeles the only city in the United States with more than one Promise Zone designation.
