Annenberg Foundation and the Los Angeles Chargers Honor Veterans at SoFi Stadium

In recognition of the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans, the Annenberg Foundation and the Los Angeles Chargers are proud to host veterans from Los Angeles, providing them box seats to Sunday’s Chargers-Chiefs game.

The effort is part of the NFL’s Salute to Service program, a year-long commitment to honor, empower, and connect with the country’s service members, veterans, and their families. The Annenberg Foundation is honored to support and be here today with Step Up on Second – a nonprofit that provides supportive housing, mental health services, and vocational training to veterans and others in the community – as well as Village for Vets, a nonprofit that fills gaps in critical services for homeless veterans in Los Angeles County.

“I’m proud to honor these local veterans for their service and I thank them for the powerful example they set and the legacy they preserve. Our veterans defend our nation’s freedoms and it’s with great gratitude we recognize them and their families and the millions of veterans across the country who have sacrificed so much for our country.”
